Just to make this easier on all of us, let’s set some ground rules for how we do business.
If you’ve made it this far, we thank you again for choosing us in your adventures!
We will try to keep this short, simple and fun to read.
Coasting Through Designs will be known on this page as “the seller” “we” and “our”
The visitor will be known also as “you” “your” “the buyer” and “they”


Dealing with custom designs requires active communication. By placing an order with us, the buyer consents to electronic communication from start to finish which includes requesting a quote for inquiry, approving a design, and confirming delivery of the finished product.
Although we strive to respond rapidly, we reserve a reasonable period of up to 24 hours to respond to all incoming electronic messages.
We do not have a phone number, and snail mail is not a good standard for conversation, so use our E-mail or contact us on Facebook for inquiries and updates.

Buyer Restrictions

As the buyer, you accept the responsibility of legally purchasing goods online as per your state laws. We do not confirm any restrictions that may pertain to the buyer, nor do we accept the responsibility of holding you accountable to applicable laws. If you are under the age of 13, get a parent or guardian to discuss design and purchasing of items on our site. if you are under the age of 18, get permission from a parent or guardian to use our site before doing so. We do not knowingly collect information, neither online nor offline, pertaining to age or any other restrictive identity. The buyer accepts all responsibility beyond crafting their design and having it shipped when using our site.

Intellectual Property

Everything posted and published on this site belongs to Coasting Through Designs LLC. We do not consent to any visitor, buyer, or account holder to use any uploads or information elsewhere without expressed written consent. Even though we invite others to share and post pictures of their products once delivered, everything on this site belongs solely to us. Any images, posts, or credits sent to us become our property to use at our discretion.  By continuing to use our site, you consent to these terms and agree to not use anything found on this site without contacting us first and receiving approval to do so.


The Coasting Through Designs officers are reasonable human beings. By using our site, you accept these terms. If there are any issues with our site, our social media platforms, your orders, your account, or our communications, reach out to us. There is no acceptable reason to sue Coasting Through Designs. We are not liable for anything conceived on our site that does not pertain to crafting custom hand made goods to decorate your home or events with. We are not a consulting firm, nor physical experts and offer no advice or recommendations for lifestyle decisions. We are here to take your decorative vision and breathe life into its creation. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion and based on the keeping of our moral and ethical codes of conduct. If you have any questions regarding our position please feel free to contact us by any of the aforementioned means and we will gladly help clarify any confusion.


We offer the ability to create an account on our site for ease in creating orders, tracking orders, dreaming over wish lists, and communication with us. We have taken every precaution in protecting your information where site security permits. We ask that you do the same on your end. By using this feature, you accept the responsibility of securing your information on your computer. We do not allow third party access to accounts and neither do you. We do not allow other people to use your account for quotes and purchases, and neither do you. By creating an account on our site, you accept the responsibility of restricting access to your account to yourself, and guarding your information from misappropriation. Although we do not like dismissing anyone from our group, we reserve the right to refuse and cancel orders, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.


Exchange is essential to any business. Once a request has been submitted for an item, we will do our best to get a quote to you in a timely fashion. Before any creative process begins, payment must be made online via our terms and the order must be confirmed. For orders with pre-approved pricing listed on our site, payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We do not start projects before payment is confirmed. At this time, we are not conducting business outside of the United States of America. We do not allow non-U.S citizens to created accounts on our site. We reserve the right to refuse orders based on the location of the purchaser. We also reserve the right to terminate what we consider to be illegitimate accounts created against these terms. Changes to Terms

Check back here every time your make a purchase with us. Coasting Through Designs is an evolving and growing business and we reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions as necessary to reflect it.

Integrity of Orders 

At Coasting Through Designs, we take our creative process very seriously. Designs are specific and created by custom request. We will make every effort to craft to your specification, but given the nature of hand made goods no two items will ever be exactly the same. If there is a problem with your order within our control, we will do our best to rectify it. Parts of your order that may fall outside of our purview include, but are not limited to, delays in shipping, and wear on materials. All orders will be subject to an approval from the buyer regarding terms and design before the creative process begins.

Cancellations and Refunds

Nobody likes to withdraw from a deal, but we get it. If you use our site to purchase goods you agree to our terms. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of the payment, or at our discretion. Once a payment has been made we may begin the creative process locking precious time and energy into your vision. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund, or offer a partial refund reflecting our production time and materials cost. Requests may be made via email after a cancellation has been requested through your account portal.


All officers, and employees do not accept responsibility for products once shipped. Due to the nature of materials used in crafting, the buyer accepts these terms regarding their products. Not all materials are the same. Some deviations exist in wood and acrylic making each piece unique. The buyer accepts the responsibility of safety and handling once a product has been received and will not mishandle or modify a finished piece. The warning here is that some products may have sharp edges, or may even splinter. If there is an issue with the product, contact us. We will work with you to fix it. However any damage caused by the product is not our responsibility. The buyer consents to exercising caution and inspecting goods upon arrival for any defects, cracks, splinters, or breaks in the material and promises to not intentionally cause damage with any revelations.


Contacting us is a simple affair. We are active on our social media platforms found on the left side of every page on this site. We also have active E-mails set-up to push directly to our personal cell phones and would love to hear from you. We receive recommendations, constructive criticisms, and compliments with joyous hearts and promise to always find the best way to serve our customers.
